God often speaks through our dreams at night and for my wife and I, He has given us a few significant transitional God-dreams during our lifetime. By transitional, I mean dreams that if followed resulted in relocation and the fulfillment of something new.
And when I say fulfill something new, we mean that we actually see the dream come alive in real life. Upon awakening from these dreams we had a distinct and powerful impression of God’s-hand in it, leading us to follow them with peace. Following them by taking one step, led to another, and later to the dream’s fulfillment. In our situation we were seeking the LORD and He spoke to us when we least expected it, to take a BIG God-step for Him. He empowered and encouraged us through the dream. His fingerprints and power were on it for us to take the leap of faith.
Before I end it needs to be said, that not all dreams are God-dreams and those that are God-dreams should clearly align with the word of God in righteousness. And we also advise to consult with your trusted leaders in your believing community before making big decisions based on dreams.
Today, if you feel stuck, I pray that God gives you a dream. A dream that is significant. If you do not dream at night, I pray that He opens your spiritual eyes at night to see.
